Ive had some time off work recently and its been nice. Its weird though ive been doing things everyday, been really busy and my house is such a mess.

Last week i did a semi ok job of cutting all champs hair short for the warmer days… he looks more like a boy now i reckon.
2am Wednesday night/Thursday morning, i heard a smash in the kitchen. I cautiously went downstairs to see what it was… the first thing i saw was the smashed glass on the ground and used teabags. On the bench was a half eaten banana and a possum sitting in the corner holding onto the toaster and the electrical plug..
Yeah possums are cute, but this is the second time they have actually come into our house, and both times its taken two half naked boys to get them out. Last time it was at 5am and one fell through the vent in Josh and I’s bedroom, gave me the scare of my life and made josh bleed on his forehead. (i say forehead, not fore-head, how do you say it?)
I made a to-do list the other day for and it seems never ending, there is so much i want to achieve before the end of this year. I completed something off it today, i applied for a credit card. My car has been playing up like “clunking” when changing gears and its auto, so scary. I figured i would need a credit card before i even get it looked at incase it costs more than i have and i would have to leave it at the mechanics…
People have mentioned to me lately that i talk to much, so i am going to try and control myself and do this less… Also i think i am going to start looking for a new job. I am just not into working in an outlet and i think thats what my shop is turning into. Its just i have it so good there…. hmmm..Its Monday which means each week i look forward to downloading the latest Californication and Dexter episode but for some reason they arent up.. i guess its a week off. 
I think im going a little crazy, lately i have been doing this thing where i practice what i am about to say in my head many times to make sure it sounds right and then i don’t even say it out loud. Maybe in fear that i will sound stupid as i do so often, or its taken too long that what i had to say isn’t important anymore… So do you only speak if its important?

I had the best Vegemite toast this morning, sooo good! fish and chips on the beach in Port Melbourne with my dad Sofia and Darcy. The water was so warm but i was swimming amongst jellyfish and some of them were massive, it was pretty scary. Josh and Kain met us in the afternoon and played some vortex. Dinner time we had a picnic on the oval with Flemington kebabs and smiles! Frisbee triangle, quick dip in the pool and thats what a call a good sunday!!
Also i do feel that Metric-Fantasies is one of my favorite sounds for the summer… 
The weather has been heating up and its wicked. I spent my days off in the sun swimming, playing tennis, hanging with champ and Josh, eating trippys and following the arrows at ikea. Its only the start of the warmer weather and people are already starting to complain. Yeah your sweaty and sticky and cant sleep at night, but really summertime is great. Olive shoulders, freckles on noses, late night swims, bbqs with friends, an excuse to stay out later because the suns out, guys in shorts and sunglasses, girls in short dresses and bikinis and everyone feeling more open to sexual exploration… Just wait untill its ten degrees warmer, its gonna happen…
I have started taking photos of funny slash clever number plates, not for any reason just because i can.
At the moment champ is perishing at my feet, oh maybe this poor little thing cant handle the heat, … I have been putting him in the pool he hates it, but each time i feel i am gaining more and more of his trust. One day he’ll jump in with me, i am hoping anyway.
Tonight we cooked a late dinner of Halloumi cheese lightly fried on basil tomatoe and crunchy bread, with cucumber and garlic mushrooms. It turned out like this

Today i worked late by myself because my boss decided to transfer a whole heap of shitty sale stock from the factory, but then close early because there was no one around. I cant leave something half done, so i kept going for a bit longer until i realised i was going to be there all night, so i forced myself to stop.
After work Josh and I played tennis for a bit it was fun. (hahah i just double spaced on this thinking it would full stop like on my iPhone! haha)….
The menu tonight was Heart breaker Vegie pie!!!
It was yummm!!! After dinner we went to the movies and saw couples retreat some of it was funny but towards the end i just balled my eyes out… hmmmm i hate things…. currently downloading new Dexter, Californication, Coco Chanel and Jay-z… sleep ins tomorrow!!

So this is the first of many, i figured i write in a journal almost everyday so why not start a blog.
To start, Yesterday Josh, Martin and I went to Highpoint (knifepoint) to shop for a new shirt, this part was successful. However, after both being greased off and complimented by the eyes of the lovely local western burbs we piled in the car. After driving for no more than 2 minutes we pulled over to put air in what we thought was a slightly flat tyre. We discovered we had been driving on rims. The boys swapped the tyre for the spare while i stood back and took photos….
So today i took the tyre to the tyre place. The man took a look and straight away saw the problem, “yeah this massive slice in your tyre here”, then he pulled out a blade from a stanely knife, “somebody has slashed your tyre” … ordered in a new tyre $150 later. hmpf, i had never witnessed any behavior that would give highpoint its nick name until this happened…
Last night we learnt a new card game to do with the Mafia, based on deception.. this shit got insane and was so hard to keep a poker face. Everyone was pissed at everyone… These cards played important roles in the town…..
Champ and I had to get out of the house today, there was an electrician fixing our oven which the real estate sent. Champ isn’t meant to be living with us according to our lease agreement…hehe… we made a new friend, he was a one year old staffy from the pound and he was sooo obedient.
Tonight i cooked a yummy meal, something i kinda made up.
Its a lemon and pine nut Pilaf with cucumber salad… I think :)
I had my 3rd Cervical Cancer injection today, that shit hurts and my arm is dead so im going to sleep…
